Meatballs with Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup(s) olive oil
- 2 clove(s) garlic - chopped
- ½ bunch(s) basil - rough chopped
- ½ bunch(s) parsley - rough chopped
- 1 ½ pound(s) Italian sausage - ground
- 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef

- baguette - torn into small pieces
- 1 fresh medium sized ball of mozzarella - cut into small chunks
- 2 pint(s) cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
- 8 ounce(s) baby bella mushrooms - sliced
- ½ cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup(s) pine nuts - ground
- ½ cup(s) parmesan cheese - shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
