Meatballs with Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - chopped
  • ½ bunch(s) basil - rough chopped
  • ½ bunch(s) parsley - rough chopped
  • 1 ½ pound(s) Italian sausage - ground
  • 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef

    • 1 ¼ cup(s) milk
    • baguette - torn into small pieces
    • 1 fresh medium sized ball of mozzarella - cut into small chunks
    • 2 pint(s) cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
    • 8 ounce(s) baby bella mushrooms - sliced
    • ½ cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
    • 1/3 cup(s) pine nuts - ground
    • ½ cup(s) parmesan cheese - shredded
    • salt and pepper to taste
