    • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs - Italian style
    • ½ cup(s) parmesan/romano/asiago shredded cheese mix
    • 1 cup(s) ketchup - divided
    • 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes - divided
    • ¼ cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
    • 2 carrots - finely diced
    • yellow pepper - finely diced
    • red pepper - finely diced
    • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
