Meatloaf with Mozzarella, Mushrooms and Pepperoni

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 slices white sandwich bread
• 1 ½ cups finely chopped button mushrooms
• 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
• ¹/₃ cup finely chopped pepperoni
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 ½ pounds ground sirloin
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Tear bread into large pieces and blend in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
