Mediterranean Antipasto Salad Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad
  • Grape tomato halves
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 4 anchovy fillets
    • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
    • Red onions
    • Capers, drained
    • 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • Pitted kalamata olives
    • Cooked green beans
    • Canned tuna
    • Hard-cooked eggs, quartered
    • 2 garlic cloves

Process first 9 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover vinaigrette, and chill 2 hours.
