Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Olives and Capers

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup capers
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
