Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Olives and Capers

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup capers
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 2 cups fresh fennel
  • 3 cups plum tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves

    • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
