MEDITERRANEAN PENNE PASTA

Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup(s) olive oil or spread with olive oil
• 10 fresh leaves basil thinly sliced, ¼ cup
• 1 package(s) uncooked penne pasta
• 3 tablespoon(s) chopped ripe olives
• 3 clove(s) garlic
• 1 tablespoon(s) capers
• 1 can(s) petite, diced tomatoes, drained (14.5 ounce can)

Cook pasta, cover to keep warm. Melt oil on med-high heat. Add olives, garlic and capers, stir. Cook 30 seconds, or until garlic is golden brown, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, stir.
