Mediterranean Pink Lady


  • 3 or 4 thin strips of lemon zest
  • Ice
  • 1 large egg white
  • 0.5 ounce(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounce(s) Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1.5 ounce(s) gin
  • 0.25 ounce(s) Campari
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 0.25 ounce(s) limoncello

In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon zest.
