Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 (12-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked into large chunks
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
    • 2 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 (12-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked into large chunks
    • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice and next 3 ingredients; toss gently to combine. Serve salad over sliced tomatoes.
