  • ¼ teaspoon(s) Cream of Tarter
  • 3 egg whites (1/3-½ cup)

Heat oven to 275°. Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until frothy. Add sugar a little at a time. Beat until very stiff and glossy. Sprinkle with colored sugar, if desired.
