Methodist Potatoes

Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) melted butter
• 2 cup(s) Corn Flakes cereal
• Topping
• 2 cup(s) sour cream
• ½ cup(s) chopped onion (optional)
• 2 cup(s) grated cheese
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ cup(s) melted butter
  • 2 pound(s) frozen hash browns, thawed

Combine all ingredients and place in greased 3 qt. casserole. Top with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Serves 15
