Mexican Sushi Bites

Ingredients

• 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 2 cups fresh baby spinach
• 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 avocado, thinly sliced
• ¼ teaspoon salt
