  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large egg whites
  • Assorted fresh berries
  • Whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour

    • 4 large egg yolks
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
