  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Gray sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
