• Nonstick vegetable oil spray
• 8 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
• 3 large eggs
• Pinch of salt
• Powdered sugar
