Michael's Grilled Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
    • ¾ cup vegetable oil
    • Horseradish sauce, store-bought
    • 1 cup salt
    • ¼ cup black pepper
    • ¼ cup garlic powder

1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mustard, garlic, oregano, and House Seasoning. Slowly whisk in the vegetable oil until fully incorporated. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
