Microwave Bread Pudding
- 1 cup cubed bread; fresh, or just slightly stale; about 1 ½ to 2 slices bread
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
