Microwave Bread Pudding


  • 1 cup cubed bread; fresh, or just slightly stale; about 1 ½ to 2 slices bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
