Microwave Brittle

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) Sugar
• 1 cup(s) raw peanuts
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
• 1 tablespoon(s) butter
• ½ cup(s) white corn syrup
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Stir together sugar, syrup, nuts & salt together in large microwave dish. Place in microwave and cook for 3 min.; add butter then cook 3 min. more. Stir well then cook 1 1/2 min.
