Microwave Coconut Pie 3

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 5 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
  • Meringue
  • 1 cup(s) Coconut
  • 3 eggs (seperated)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 cup(s) milk
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ¼ cup(s) cornstarch
    • 1 cup(s) Sugar

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add milk and stir well. Add egg yolks and stir with wire whisk. Cook for 2 minutes in a 2 quart microwave dish for 3 minutes.
