Microwave Coconut Pie


  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • ¼ cup(s) flour
  • ½ can(s) coconut
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sugar

Mix sugar, flour and eggs. Add milk a little at a time, whisking all the while. When mixed, cook in microwave 8 to 9 minutes, whisking every 2 to 3 minutes.
