Microwave Peach Plum Butter


  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup finely chopped, peeled peaches
  • 1 cup pitted, chopped plums
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)

1. Combine peaches, plums, and water in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl.
