  • ½ cup(s) finely chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup(s) chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) light corn syrup
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) butter

In a 2 quart glass casserole, combine butter, sugar, corn syrup and water. Microwave on high 10 to12 minutes, stirring once or twice to 300 degrees (hard crack). Blend with vanilla.
