Microwave Torsk With Lemon Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fish fillets
  • 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

1 Arrange fillets in a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 2 Dot with butter. 3 Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and paprika. 4 Cover dish with plastic wrap. 5 Microwave 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
