Microwave Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted, divided
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • ¼ cup butter (no substitutes)
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
