Ingredients

  • - 260 g (9 oz) gingersnaps, speculoos or bastognes
  • - 15 g (1 Tbsp) butter (optional, see instructions below)- 1 kg (4 C) fromage blanc (I use the 20% fat kind)
  • - 200 g (1 C) sugar, preferably unrefined
  • - 2 eggs
