Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs made from crustless French bread
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • + 18 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons whole-milk Greek-style yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons jalapeño chile
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 3 green onions
    • 1 teaspoon fresh sage
    • 1 teaspoon fresh sage
    • 1 cup onion
    • 1 ½ cups fresh cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
    • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
    • ½ cup whole-milk Greek-style yogurt
    • ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 ¼ pounds ground bison (often labeled buffalo)
    • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
