Mien pepper sauce (dipping sauce)
Ingredients
- 3 – Tablespoon of water
- 1 – Tablespoon of Shrachi Sauce (red chili sauce)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 – Thin sliced tomato (optional)
- 1 – Whole Lime
- 1 ½ - 2 cups of Cilantro
- 3 – Garlic Cloves
- + 2 more ingredients

- 2 – Jalapeños (roasted in foil, over gas stove) make sure it softens
- 6 to 10 – Thai Chili Peppers
