  • 1 small handful tortilla chips, lightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon jalapenos, chopped
  • 1/8 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/8 cup onion, diced
  • ½ cup Mexican-blend cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
