Migas Taco

Ingredients

• 1 small handful tortilla chips, lightly crushed
• 1 tablespoon jalapenos, chopped
• ¹/₈ cup tomatoes, diced
• ¹/₈ cup onion, diced
• ½ cup Mexican-blend cheese, grated
• 1 egg
• 1 soft flour tortilla
