Mighty Parmesan Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cups water or Vegetable Stock
  • 1 dash salt
  • ½ pound (8 oz) snow peas
  • ½ lb broccoli floweret, about 2 cups
  • ½ lb cauliflower floweret, about 2 cups
  • 2 whole carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat margarine
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Place the water or stock and the salt in a medium-sized saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, stirring to mix.
