Mighty Parmesan Vegetables


  • 1-½ cups water or Vegetable Stock
  • 1 dash salt
  • ½ pound (8 oz) snow peas
  • ½ lb broccoli floweret, about 2 cups
  • ½ lb cauliflower floweret, about 2 cups
  • 2 whole carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat margarine
