Mignonette Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with oysters on the half shell.
