  • 1 cup(s) millet, rinsed
  • 1 cup(s) water, broth, or stock
  • Optional: salsa or other favorite condiment
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

In a medium or large saucepan, bring 3¼ cups liquid (water, broth, or stock) to a boil. Add 1 cup of rinsed millet and return to a boil.
