Millionaire's Cherry Rhubarb Jam | Serious Eats : Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 4 teaspoons calcium water (included in the Pomona's packet)
  • Zest and juice from one lemon
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted sweet cherries
  • ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • 6 cups diced rhubarb
  • 3 teaspoons Pomona's Universal Pectin
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ¼ cups sugar
