Mince and Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni, or elbow pasta
  • 300 g sour cream
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped or grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Mince, to taste

1. Brown mince, onion and garlic. 2. Add capsicum and cook for a few minutes. 3. Add tomato paste and sour cream. 4. Cook until soft. 5. Cook pasta and drain. 6. Stir in meat mixture and place in a casserole dish. 7. Top with Parmesan cheese. 8. Bake at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes u...
