Mini Apple Cinnamon Cheesecakes

Ingredients

• CRUST
• 1 Cup graham crackers, crushed
• ¼ Cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 Pinch salt
• 1 Pinch cinnamon
• CHEESECAKE FILLING
• 16 Ounces cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ Cup apple sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • FROSTING
  • 3 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • Cinnamon, for dusting
