Mini Apple Pies from Karo®

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 6 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons Spice Islands ® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
    • 2 tablespoons apple juice
    • 6 wide-mouthed ½-pint jelly jars
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
