Ingredients

  • 2 green onions chopped fine just the green part
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped fine
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons hot sauce (I use Tabasco and I use 2 ½ tsp)
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Diced tomatoes with green chilies and some liquid
  • 4 ounces can chopped green chilies, drained
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup Kraft with a touch of Philly shredded cheese Mexican blend
    • 1 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
