Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • Vegetable-oil cooking spray
  • mini-muffin tins
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 72 1- by 1-inch waxed paper liners
  • 8 large eggs
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-process)
    • Confectioners sugar
    • 32 tablespoons unsalted butter
