  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • yellow mustard and/or homemade ketchup
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 1 large sealable plastic bag
  • ¼ pound extra-sharp Cheddar, coarsely grated
  • 1 12-oz package cocktail frankfurters
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 5 large eggs
