Mini Ice Cream Cone Trio

Ingredients

• Ice cream
• 2 large egg whites
• 1 tablespoon chopped toasted pistachios
• 1 tablespoon finely grated unsweetened coconut
• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• ½ tablespoon finely chopped candied ginger
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Scant ¹/₈ teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • ¹/₈ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
