Mini Jam Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 cup jam, in assorted flavors
- 2 large egg yolks
- 12 tablespoons (1 ½ sticks) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
