Mini Jam Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 cup jam, in assorted flavors
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 12 tablespoons (1 ½ sticks) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon; process for 10 seconds. Add butter and process until mixture resembles coarse meal, 15 to 20 seconds. 2.
