Mini Muffin Jelly Doughnut Bites

Ingredients

• 2 tubes store-bought biscuits from refrigerator section
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ cups strawberry jelly
• 1 tablespoon water
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• Nonstick spray
