Mini New York Style Cheesecakes

Ingredients

• FOR THE CRUST
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• FOR THE FILLING
• 20 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sour cream
