Ingredients

  • ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Caramel-Rum Glaze*
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

    • ½ cup butter, softened
    • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
