Mini Summer Fruit Cheesecakes


  • 100 g blueberries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 teaspoons clear honey
  • 40 g soft butter
