Mint Chip Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1-2 ounces kale leaves (about a handful)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop Frank Zane protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 10 drops vanilla crème stevia
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
