Mint-Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for pan
- 8 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
