Mint Chocolate Cake Cones


  • 2 packets Duncan Hines® Frosting Creationsâä¢ Mint Chocolate Flavor Mix
  • 2 cans Duncan Hines® Frosting Creationsâä¢ Frosting Starter
  • 18 flat bottom ice cream cones
  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines® Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • ½ cup finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 3 large eggs
