Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Milk Sandwiches

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 24 cocoa snaps
  • 1 large egg, beaten lightly
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    • ½ cup sugar
    • about 2 cups mint chocolate chip ice milk, softened lightly
