Mint Chocolate Fudge


  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup white confectioners' coating
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1. Line an 8 or 9 inch square pan with waxed paper. 2. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
