Mint Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge


  • 1 package(s) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 package(s) mint chocolate chips (large package)

Melt mint chocolate chips and butter in double boiler over low heat. Add egg, powdered sugar, and walnuts to chocolate mixture. Blend thoroughly. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes Add marshmallows and form into rolls. Cool in the refrigerator; slice into 1/2-inch pieces and serve.
